LSF BUSINESS SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. At LSF – Local Se Fayda ("LSF", "we", "our", "us"), we aim to provide transparent and fair service to all users. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms related to cancellations, subscription fees, registrations, service payments, and refunds for users of our website, mobile application, and related services.
By using our platform, you agree to this policy.
1. General Policy
All payments made to LSF for registrations, memberships, subscriptions, service fees, promotions, training, franchise applications, or any other services are subject to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Refunds, if approved, shall be processed only according to the terms mentioned below.
2. Registration Fees
One-time registration fees paid for joining the LSF platform may be non-refundable once the account is created and activated.
If payment is deducted but account is not created, user may request a refund after verification.
3. Membership / Subscription Fees
- Monthly / yearly membership plans may be cancelled anytime
- Cancellation will stop future renewals
- Amount already paid for current billing period is generally non-refundable, unless otherwise approved
4. Loyalty Rewards / Incentives
Bonuses, referral rewards or incentives once credited are subject to internal verification.
If any fraud, duplicate account, fake activity, misuse, or policy violation is found, LSF may cancel or reverse such benefits without notice.
5. Franchise / Agent / DO / Business Fees
Fees paid for franchise inquiry, onboarding, training, document processing, or business packages may be non-refundable unless specifically agreed in writing.
If LSF rejects an application before onboarding, partial refund may be considered after deduction of administrative charges.
6. Service Cancellation by User
Users may request cancellation of any pending service by contacting support before service execution starts.
If the service has already started or been completed, refund may not be available.
7. Duplicate / Failed Payments
If payment is deducted more than once or transaction fails but money is debited:
- User should share payment screenshot / transaction ID
- After verification, excess amount may be refunded within applicable timelines
8. Refund Approval Conditions
Refunds may be approved in cases such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical payment failure
- Incorrect deduction due to system error
- Service not delivered due to LSF fault
- Other genuine cases approved by management
LSF reserves the final right to approve or reject refund requests.
9. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 15 business days through original payment mode, bank transfer, or UPI, depending on payment provider timelines.
Delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond our direct control.
10. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Used subscriptions
- Completed services
- Training fees already attended
- Promotional / advertisement fees
- Verified registration activations
- Penalties or charges due to policy violations
11. How to Request Cancellation / Refund

- Registered Mobile Number
- Payment Date
- Transaction ID
- Reason for request
- Screenshot (if available)
12. Chargeback / Disputes
Users are requested to contact LSF support first before raising chargebacks or disputes with banks/payment gateways.
False disputes may lead to account suspension.
13. Changes to This Policy
LSF may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy anytime without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on the website.
