We, M/s. LSF BUSINESS SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, Company registered under the companies Act, 2013 vide CIN U82990GJ2026PTC173116.

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before registering, accessing or using the LSF Services (defined below). The terms and conditions are legal contract ("Agreement") between You and LSF Limited (Formerly known as 'LSF Business Private Limited') ("LSF") having its registered office at 205, Krushna Darshan, Second Floor, Parimal Chowk, Waghawadi road, Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India, 364002. You agree and acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions or do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use the Services and/or immediately terminate the Services and/or uninstall the mobile application.

We may amend the terms and conditions at any time by posting an updated version at LSF website(s) and LSF App(s). The updated version of the Terms of Service shall take effect immediately upon posting. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates / changes. Your continued use of LSF App following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions including additional Terms or removal of portions of these Terms, modifications etc. As long as You comply with these Terms of Use, We grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and avail the Services.

Definitions

Eligibility

By accessing LSF Service and LSF Platforms, You represent that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are capable of entering into a contract / legally binding agreement.
• You have the right, authority and capability to enter into this Agreement abiding by all the provisions of the "terms of use" of LSF Services.
• You are not barred or otherwise legally prohibited from accessing or using services of LSF or LSF Entities under the laws of India.
• You are not impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating your age or affiliation with any person or entity. LSF and LSF Entities shall reserve the right to terminate your contract to use LSF Platform in case of any incorrect representation of the above-mentioned conditions.
• The mandatory information and Officially valid document(s) "OVD"/ document details mentioned by you are true & correct and belong to You.

LSF (Local Se Fayda) Services

LSF is a digital local commerce platform that helps nearby shops increase customer footfall through QR-based rewards, loyalty offers, and promotional campaigns. Customers can discover participating merchants, shop offline, scan QR codes, and receive promotional rewards or loyalty benefits as per campaign rules. Merchants use LSF to promote offers and track customer engagement.

We have two types of members registered with us — one is free application user and second is paid (one time ₹300) application user. Free user can get Limited Rewards on every transaction and paid user can get more reward like Below:

• Promotional rewards
• Loyalty rewards
• Verified referral bonus/li>
• Merchant incentive
• Campaign-based rewards

LSF offers a structured income opportunity through our Master Franchise Model. This model is designed to create a scalable and profitable business venture. Here's a breakdown of how it works:

• Master Franchise Registers 10 Development Officers (DO): Establish a foundational network of leadership.
• Development Officer Registers Agents: Expand the network with dedicated sales agents.
• Agents Register Paid Users: Drive revenue by growing the user base.

If You are presently a merchant/Merchant Partner of LSF or register to become a merchant/Merchant Partner, You hereby agree that "KYC" details provided by You with respect to the LSF Account as stated above may be used with respect to the KYC requirements for Your registration as a merchant/Merchant Partner.

If You are presently a merchant/Merchant Partner of LSF or register to become a merchant/Merchant Partner, You agree that You shall have the option of linking Your UPI linked bank account (on the LSF mobile application) as the account for receiving settlements as a Merchant/Merchant Partner of LSF. If You avail this option, You agree that requisite details related to such linked account shall be used/retrieved for the same. You agree that such linkage may be subject to additional verifications/procedures. It is hereby clarified that this option would only be available if the mobile number used for registration as a merchant/Merchant Partner of LSF and the mobile number used for registration on the LSF mobile application are the same.

You further agree to LSF Privacy Policy as applicable for LSF and LSF Entities.

In order to avail LSF Services, you need a mobile, internet or any other supported device that meets the compatibility requirements of accessing LSF app and LSF website, which may change from time to time. LSF may further release updates to its application and You are required to update the LSF app as and when available for you, in order to continue availing LSF Services.

You agree that your mobile device, mobile service provider or any other services that you may avail from anybody to access LSF Platform, may incur charges and you are solely responsible for such charges, terms of use, fees as per your agreement with the third party.

Earning Structure

The earning structure is designed to incentivize growth at every level. For each paid user registration (at ₹300), the earnings are distributed as follows:

• Agent: Earns ₹150 per Paid User — Agents receive a significant portion of the revenue for each new user registered.
• Development Officer: Earns ₹50 per Paid User — Development Officers earn additional income for overseeing and supporting their agents.
• Master Franchise: Earns ₹25 per Paid User — The Master Franchise benefits from the overall growth and management

Sign-Up / Registration

In order to use the full spectrum of LSF Services, You need to register on the LSF App and provide Us with accurate and complete information. You are also required to keep your accounts, KYC details and contact information complete and updated at all times.

Once you sign-up on LSF, you are entitled to a Phone Account. You can also register with LSF from any third party merchant platform subject to certain conditions and limitations available on LSF website & application. Once registered with LSF, certain services may ask you for additional information in order or avail such service and may involve creation of sub-accounts for availing such services.

The device on which You download LSF App and use during registration, shall become Your registered device and device details shall be stored by us. The moment You log into your LSF account from a different device using the LSF app, You will be asked to allow LSF to send an SMS from the new device, after which the new device becomes the registered device. You will not be able to access your LSF account using your previous device until you re-login and re-authorize yourself on that device.

In the event, Your phone number using which You have registered on LSF is transferred, surrendered and/or deactivated, for any reason whatsoever, it shall be Your responsibility to inform LSF in this regard. This will enable LSF to secure Your LSF account. In case another individual/person intends to register using the phone number which has been transferred, surrendered and/or deactivated, LSF would require time to remove/delink the details of the previous LSF account holder and thereby, reset the account which may take up to two (2) years from the date of request.

Offers

LSF or LSF Entities may invite you to participate in any offer from time to time. You agree that participating in such an offer is subject to your agreement to the respective offer terms and conditions. You also understand that the offers might be provided by third parties on LSF Platforms and you may require to agree to respective terms and conditions of third parties. You further agree that offers provided to any user may vary from user to user.

LSF reserves the right to disqualify You from any offer in case you do not meet the eligibility criteria for such an offer or any other reasons thereof including but not limited to misuse of offer, misrepresentation, fraud or suspicious transactions/activities, including but not limited to PMLA directives or any at our sole discretion without further notice.

Communication

LSF and LSF entities may communicate with you on the contact information that you may have provided to Us during the course of your engagement, including but not limited to signup, transacting or availing any third party products or services on LSF Platform.

We will send you communication alerts via emails or SMS or push notifications or via other progressive technology. You also agree that there can be disruption in communications due to factors that are not under Our control, including but not limited to Your Phone being switched off, incorrect email address, network interruptions. You agree not to hold LSF liable for non-delivery for any alert or any loss suffered by you due to delay, distortion or failure of communication.

You further acknowledge that you are responsible for the contact details shared with Us and shall update us on any change on your contact details. You authorize Us to contact you and communicate with you for any LSF Service or Offer(s). We may use third party service providers to send alerts or communicate with you. You authorize LSF and LSF Entities to override the DND settings to reach out to you over calls, SMS, emails and any other mode of communication.

Termination

You agree that LSF at its sole discretion may terminate your contract without prior notice and restrict your access to LSF application if We determine that You have violated the terms of use and You consent that in case LSF suffers losses, not limited to monetary losses, due to Your actions, We can take injunctive relief or any other legal action as deemed necessary within the said circumstances and LSF is not liable for any loss to You due to termination.

Nature of Lucky Draw

The Lucky Draws conducted by LSF include but are not limited to:

• Daily Gold Coin Lucky Draw

All draws are promotional schemes intended to reward users and promote local market engagement. Participation is voluntary.

4. Entry Mechanism

Eligible users are automatically entered into draw pools based on: active paid membership, purchase activity (online/offline), and app engagement criteria (as determined by Company). No additional purchase beyond membership fee is required to enter. Free users may only participate in draws specifically marked for Free Users (if applicable).

5. Draw Process

Winners shall be selected through automated random selection software OR algorithm-based digital randomization system.

• Daily Draws: Conducted once every 24 hours.
• Company decision shall be final and binding.
• No correspondence or dispute shall be entertained regarding winner selection.

6. Prize Details & Distribution

6.1 Gold Coin Prize

• Weight, purity, and value may vary.
• Coin may be digital reward equivalent or physical delivery.

6.2 Loyalty Rewards

• Credited to in-app wallet.
• Non-transferable.
• May have usage validity period.

6.3 Gift Vouchers

• Subject to third-party brand terms.
• Expiry date applicable.
• Not redeemable for cash.

6.4 Gift Hampers

• Product selection at Company discretion.
• Brand/type may vary.
• Delivery within reasonable timeframe.

7. Prize Claim Process

Winners must verify identity within 7 days of announcement. Required documents: valid ID proof, mobile number verification, address proof (for physical delivery). Failure to respond within specified time may lead to forfeiture. Unclaimed prizes may be reallocated or cancelled.

8. Taxation & Compliance

• All applicable taxes (including TDS under Income Tax Act, 1961 if prize exceeds prescribed limit) shall be borne by the winner.
• Company may deduct TDS before releasing prize.
• GST applicability, if any, shall be as per Indian law.
• PAN details may be required for high-value rewards.

9. No Gambling Declaration

The Lucky Draw is a promotional scheme and does not constitute gambling, lottery, or betting. Participation is linked to membership and promotional activity, not chance-based monetary wagering. The Company reserves right to modify draw structure to ensure compliance with Indian laws.

10. Fraud & Disqualification

The Company reserves right to disqualify any participant if:

• Fake accounts are detected
• Multiple accounts are created for manipulation
• Fraudulent transactions are identified
• System misuse or technical exploitation occurs

Legal action may be initiated in case of fraud.

11. Limitation of Liability

Company shall not be responsible for: technical errors, network failure, delayed notifications, courier delivery issues. Company liability shall not exceed membership fee paid by user.

12. Modification / Cancellation Rights

The Company reserves the right to modify prize structure, change draw frequency, cancel or suspend draw, and amend these terms — without prior notice in case of regulatory, technical, or operational necessity.

13. Publicity Consent

Winners agree to allow use of name, photo, and city for promotional purposes, participate in social media announcements, and provide testimonial if requested. No additional compensation shall be payable.

14. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Bhavnagar, Gujarat courts only.
• Arbitration may be conducted as per Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
• Company decision shall remain final in promotional matters.

15. Governing Law

This Draw T&C shall be governed by laws of India.

LSF Master Franchise Agreement

• THIS MASTER FRANCHISE AGREEMENT is made between LSF – Local Se fayda and the Franchisee.
• Franchisee is appointed as Master Franchise for designated territory subject to terms herein.
• Franchisee shall appoint maximum 10 Development Officers.
• Commission Structure: Rs.25 per paid user registration.
• Franchisee is independent contractor and not employee.
• Franchisee must comply with IT Act 2000, GST Act 2017, Income Tax Act 1961.
• Prohibition of pyramid/money circulation schemes under Prize Chits Act 1978.
• Termination clause: Company may terminate for breach without refund.
• Jurisdiction: Bhavnagar, Gujarat.

LSF Development Officer Agreement

• THIS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER AGREEMENT is made between LSF and DO.
• DO may appoint Agents under Master Franchise supervision.
• Commission: Rs.50 per paid user registration.
• Independent contractor status.
• Compliance with GST and Income Tax obligations.
• Company reserves right to suspend for non-compliance.

LSF Agent Appointment Agreement

• THIS AGENT AGREEMENT is made between LSF and appointed Agent.
• Agent authorized to register paid users only.
• Commission: Rs.150 per valid paid user registration.
• No authority to bind company legally.
• Must avoid false promises or income guarantees.
• Subject to Indian laws and company policies.
• Termination for misconduct or fraud.
